With over 25 years of professional experience working in the private sector and public sectors, Chonnie has developed and honed expertise in stakeholder, financial, project and program management as well as individual coaching, education, large group training and facilitation. She is focused on leveraging this expertise to build people, improve processes and lead projects that empower small businesses, nonprofit organizations, government and educational entities to deliver outcomes, increase their impact, and change the lives of each individual in the communities they serve.

Chonnie holds a B.S in Accounting from Gwynedd Mercy University, an M.A in Educational Technology from Full Sail University, a Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from University of South Florida, is a PMP and John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer and coach.
